The Museum of Glass
This museum showcases the beauty of glass art. Here you can visit the Hot Shop and learn about glass blowing techniques. Don’t miss the 500-foot-long Chihuly Bridge of Glass. This unique pedestrian overpass links the Museum to downtown Tacoma and features a glass ceiling created by Dale Chihuly.
LeMay-America’s Car Museum
Learn about the history of America’s love affair with the car! Listed as one of the 10 best Automotive Museums worldwide, this 165,000 square foot space has 12 rotating exhibits as well as a permanent collection of over 250 automobiles.
Fort Nisqually Living History Museum
Step back in time and learn about life at Fort Nisqually during the 1850’s. Volunteers in period dress will demonstrate crafts of that time and teach you the history of the fort. View the restored National Historic Landmark buildings.
