Hotel Hardware is a boutique, 15-room hotel located in historic Dayton, Washington, 30 scenic minutes from downtown Walla Walla. The nationally landmarked building was established in 1890 by Jacob Weinhard (nephew of Henry Weinhard); since then, it has undergone meticulous renovations and, in 2024, a reconceptualization by owner Padraic Slattery, a self-taught historic preservationist from Seattle, to become Hotel Hardware.
The reported to be haunted property blends historic elegance with modern amenities, including a bottle shop with the largest selection of natural wines in Eastern Washington, single origin coffee bar, rooftop patio, firepit, and The Bobcat Room, an intimate 14-seat cocktail design studio with an ever-revolving menu rooted in modern bartending principles.
